Entity card (L)

The Entity File is one of the views of Ancestris allowing you to view the list of properties of the selected entity in one of the other windows.

The Entity Card displays the properties of the entity currently selected in Ancestris.

Essentially dedicated to consultation, this view does not allow navigation, but has a number of commands accessible from the Context menu, available by right click.

Everything displayed in this window can be personalized using layers: the presence and position of the photo, information, background color, font and color. The layers defined in this view can be much more extensive and detailed than in the Tree view, where it would require too many resources given the large number of individuals and families to display.

You access the layers using the Contextual menu / Change the display of individuals / families.
